All quotes are good for 30 days. Any changes to your order require a new quote.
A Rush Fee will be incurred if items are needed faster than the standard production time.
PAYMENT: Prepayment required for all first time buyers. Returning customers must be approved for Company check, COD or Net 30. Jobs over $2500 require 50% down payment regardless of credit status. Orders shipped outside of the USA must wire funds in advance.
Please check carefully before approving your proof. We are not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect colors or art once proof is approved.
Bandana and Doo Rag colors may bleed and are not guaranteed to be colorfast. Wash in cold water with cold water detergent and line dry.
Orders and samples cannot be cancelled after proof is approved. Claims must be presented within 10 days of receipt. No refunds on custom print jobs. Replacements may be issued only if we confirm that the items are defective. Minor variances in color, size, fabric, and printing do not constitute as defective items.
Past due accounts will accrue a Finance Charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum.) Buyer is liable for all costs, including attorney’s fees, incurred by seller collecting delinquent accounts.

The finished product may not be the exact shade or print quality that you expect. Due to variances in the manufacturing processes we cannot guarantee the exact color, shade, texture, size or construction of the finished goods. No claims can be made against minor variations. You agree to take delivery on all items AS IS. No returns, refunds or discounts will be permitted for minor variances. |
