Custom Printing Methods

• Transfer Printing - Image is directly transferred to vinyl, then the vinyl is applied onto the garment. Print photographic images/graphics on any color, size or texture garment. Great for small to medium quantity runs. Standard production time is 2-3 weeks (rush service is available). Imprint sizes are 3x5-inches and 8x11.5-inches.


• Screen Printing - Image is layered on top of the fabric resulting in a crisp, clear print. Great for medium to large quantities. Standard production time is 2-3 weeks (rush service available). Imprint sizes are 12x12-inches and 19x19-inches. Can print full-color photographic images on any color garment.


• Direct-to-Garment Printing - Image is dyed into the fabric resulting in a soft, smooth feel. Great for small to medium quantity orders. Standard production time is 2-3 weeks (rush service available). Imprint size is 10x17-inches. Perfect for photographic print/image printing (on 100% cotton white garments only).


• Embroidery - Designs stitched on the garment with thread. Orders must be in multiples of 18 (18 pieces minimum). Great for small, medium, high quantity orders. Standard production time is 2-3 weeks (rush service is available). Imprint size is 2x4-inches. Imprint options are text, 3D text or logo.
